Required Qualifications

• True passion for the mental health profession and genuine care for clients.

• Master’s degree or PhD in psychology, counseling, or related field.

• Non-Independent Licensure, in good standing, in the state of New Mexico.

• Strong ability to work independently & solid interpersonal skills.

• Ability to maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 completed sessions per week (for full-time positions).

• Committed to furthering their education in trauma-informed treatment modalities & practices.

• Follows their professional code of ethics and makes evidence-based decisions in their practice.
